  • The Registration Form should be duly filled in all aspects after logging into the school website. Parents are required to submit the duly filled-in hard copy (printout) of Online Registration Form.
  • Parents are requested to go through the Prospectus and Admission Information booklet available on the school website carefully before filling in the registration form.
  • Prospectus and Admission Form may be purchased from the school’s office counter and duly filled-in form may be submitted within the stipulated date.
  • The applications will be scrutinized and only those found complete in all aspects will be considered.
  • Applying for registration/admission does not imply admission, which is subject to Observation-cum-Interaction/Assessment. It is also subject to the availability of seats.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING:

  • Hostellers – Minimum 65% in HSLC or equivalent exam
  • Day scholar – Minimum 60% marks in HSLC or equivalent exam


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

  • Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:

    • Current Residence Proof (Aadhaar Card)
    • 3 Passport-size latest photographs of the child and 3 photos of parents and local guardian
    • Blood group report of the child
    • Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended to be submitted
    • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • HSLC Admit Card, Marks Sheet, Provisional Certificate
    • Gap Certificate (if applicable)

FEE RULES:

  1. The session is of 12 months hence dues must be paid accordingly.
  2. Students availing for bus services must pay the bus fee for 12 months.
  3. Student must pay the admission fees for HS 1ƗƘyear and a renewal/readmission fee for HS 2nd year for both School and Hostel.
  4. Fees of full session is to be paid in 3 instalments. Each instalment to be paid within 15 days of notice
  5. Delay in payment of fees within stipulated dates will lead to imposition of Fines.
  6. Tuition fees and other fees may be revised from time to time

TRANSFER RULES:

  1. The guardians will have to apply to the principal stating reasons for transfer from the college.
  2. No Transfer certificate will be issued unless the tuition fee for the entire session is paid.
  3. Rs 100/-will be charged as processing fee for the Transfer Certificate
