Maryam Ajmal Senior Secondary School (Arts) Participation in the 14th Death Anniversary Program of Sudhakantha Dr. Bhupen Hazarika organized by Hojai District Administration
Competitions such as an essay writing competition on “The Life and Works of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika” and a drawing competition on the theme “Axom Aamar Rupohi – Gunaro Nai Xex” was held.
In the essay writing competition on “The Life and Works of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika,” Sanjida Alam, a student of Class XII (Arts) from Maryam Ajmal Senior Secondary School (Arts), secured the second prize. In the drawing competition on the theme “Axom Aamar Rupohi – Gunaro Nai Xex,” Sinki Das won the third prize. Meanwhile, in the open competition on “Humanism in the Songs of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika,” Kangkana Pathak, a teacher of Maryam Ajmal Senior Secondary School (Arts), won the first prize.
